Another way of saying it is: The purpose of Positive Planet is to educate children about global issues and demonstrate that their actions can make a difference in helping our society create effective and long-term solutions.

The Sister School Program
This is the main focus of our organization, directly linking children and making a difference, one school at a time. |

Social Entrepreneurship
One way to increase the effectiveness of our sister school program is to encourage greater economic opportunity in the surrounding communities. Our social entreneurship projects have moved us forward in this direction. |

A special project geared towards making sure that all of the schools we work with have access to clean water and proper sanitary facilities. |

Social Tourism
Positive Planet offers socially conscious tourists a unique opportunity to see the breath taking landscape of Uganda while making an invaluable contribution to the children of Uganda. |

Books
Over the years we've consistently tried to send resource materials to our school communities. During the summer of 2009, in our biggest effort we partnered with two other organizations to deliver a shipping container of books and other supplies to a large number of schools. |
